I’m Wayne Haubner, a proud New Hampshire resident, where I’ve built a life with my husband in Salem. My journey began on the rolling farmlands of Kentucky, where I became the first in my family to graduate from college. That education opened the door to a career at Digital Equipment Corporation—a company that didn’t just innovate but also stood up for equality, creating opportunities that have supported New Hampshire families for generations.
New Hampshire isn’t just where I live—it’s where I belong. This state embodies the values that guide my life: freedom, inclusion, fiscal responsibility, education, and a deep commitment to community engagement. Our early support for marriage equality isn’t just a historical note; it’s a testament to who we are—a community that stands for civil rights and embraces liberty and opportunity for everyone.
These values didn’t come about on their own—they were fought for. And now, it’s our turn to carry that torch forward. That’s why I’m running for State Senate in District 22. Our young people, working families, and seniors deserve more than just hope—they deserve action.
As Chief Technology Officer, I have always had a passion for using technology to make a positive impact. The teams I lead are responsible for delivering products that touch the lives of everyday citizens. Whether it’s your paycheck being electronically deposited, shopping online, visiting a post office, or using the internet on an airplane or cruise ship—chances are, you’ve used one of the technologies my teams have developed.
I serve on the Board of Directors for one of the largest credit unions in the country. Our mission is to help our 1 million members meet their financial objectives. Every day, our members rely on the financial education and products we offer to plan a better future for themselves and their families.
In today’s environment, too many politicians lack the courage to move forward. They’re either afraid of special interest groups or too focused on political power and status. They’ve forgotten the importance of making a positive impact on citizens’ lives. My experience leading organizations through change and my courage to do what is right uniquely qualify me to be your next State Senator.
Together, we can lower the cost of living, protect reproductive freedoms, and strengthen our public schools. We must uphold fiscal responsibility while championing economic growth and ensuring healthcare is accessible to everyone.
I’m asking for your vote on November 5th. Together, we can build a thriving future for New Hampshire!
